Requests are reviewed through the written support trail and handled according to applicable law and records needed for service, tax, claims, or disputes.
Add your booking reference if available, service type, pickup and delivery cities, scheduled date, phone number, and a short description. For claims, include photos, delivery note exceptions, inventory, value proof, and when the issue was noticed.
