Marshal uses quote, calculator, survey, support, delivery, and claim data to plan and deliver relocation services. We do not sell relocation leads.

Direct answer
Marshal collects only the data needed to quote, plan, deliver, support, bill, protect, and improve relocation services. We use service partners and business tools where required, but we do not sell customer relocation enquiries as leads.

Data we collect
Name, phone, email, pickup and delivery address, pincode, inventory, move date, service type, building access, floor, lift, parking, route, UTM/referrer, consent evidence, and estimate/session records.
Goods list, fragile/high-value declarations, vehicle details, pickup condition notes, photos where shared, documents required for service, delivery person details, and claim evidence.
Inventory, warehouse inward/outward records, authorized representatives, asset lists, access permissions, retrieval requests, billing records, and support notes.
Call-back requests, WhatsApp or SMS context, emails, complaint notes, delivery exceptions, payment receipts, refund requests, insurance documents, and closure records.
How data is used
We may contact you through transactional channels to complete an enquiry, quote, survey, booking, delivery, support request, refund, or claim.
Generate estimates, prepare written quotes, and verify route, inventory, and service feasibility.
Assign move coordinators, crew, vehicles, warehouses, partner carriers, and support follow-up.
Send transactional communication by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or CRM tools for booking, OTP, survey, support, payment, delivery, and claims.
Maintain business, tax, billing, dispute, insurance, fraud-prevention, and legal records.
Improve pricing accuracy, service quality, website performance, calculator reliability, and customer support outcomes.

Marshal uses essential cookies for calculator sessions, authentication, security, and site reliability. Analytics, advertising, and review widgets may set additional cookies or collect usage information when enabled.
Marshal services are intended for adults who can enter into a booking or provide authorized business contact details. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for independent use of relocation services.
