These programme terms explain the referral process. Contact Marshal before joining if anything needs clarification.
Your business account
Provide accurate business and contact details. Keep your login private and tell us when your point of contact changes. Enrollment does not authorize you to make quotations or commitments on Marshal’s behalf.
Introducing customers
Share customer details only with their permission. Your personal referral code identifies the introduction; it does not promise a discount or a particular service outcome. Existing active enquiries may already have an attributed introduction. Contact our team for any attribution dispute.
Quotes and confirmed jobs
Marshal discusses the requirements with the customer and confirms availability, scope and quotation. An enquiry, estimate or quote alone does not earn a partner bonus.
Bonuses and rates
An eligible confirmed job uses the service and tier rate applicable when it is confirmed. The dashboard records that rate for the job. Later rate changes apply to future confirmations. Cancelled or non-proceeding jobs can require a bonus adjustment. Speak to our team before relying on a particular rate or payout date.
Payments and balance
The remaining balance equals eligible earned bonuses minus recorded payments. Payment history records payments made by Marshal; the portal itself does not hold customer funds or transfer money. Resolve disputed or incorrect records with the partner team. Applicable tax or invoice requirements are confirmed separately.
Privacy and programme integrity
Use the portal only for genuine introductions. Do not create duplicate, fictitious or unauthorized referrals. Marshal may review or suspend accounts to investigate misuse. Customer information must be handled under the linked privacy policy.
