Who can join the partner programme?
Real estate brokers, property managers, interior designers, furniture businesses and other local businesses that can introduce customers who need moving or logistics support.
How do I refer a customer?
After enrollment and your first password change, add a customer in your dashboard with their permission. You can also share your referral link or code so they can enquire themselves.
When does a referral qualify for a bonus?
An enquiry or quote alone does not earn a bonus. A bonus is recorded when Marshal confirms an eligible job, using the applicable service and tier in your private rate card. Cancelled jobs may require an adjustment.
Can I see what happens after the introduction?
Yes. Your dashboard shows the current enquiry stage and updates for your referred customers, along with earned bonuses and recorded payments.
Does my referral code give the customer a discount?
The code identifies your introduction. It is not a discount voucher unless Marshal has separately confirmed a specific offer.
